Sales Policy

*Before reserving a bunny, it is the new owners responsibility to read our sales policy*

1. We can and will refuse the sale of a bunny to a home that we feel is not suitable or safe for our bunnies.

2. To reserve a bunny a nonrefundable deposit is required. This helps us to ensure the commitment of the new owners. (deposits can vary for each litter)

3. Not all genders are 100% accurate right away. Sexing bunnies is extremely difficult to do right all the time. We do our best to make an educated guess but mistakes can happen. 

​

4. After picking up one of our bunnies, it is the responsibility of the new bunny owner to care for the bunny. we do not "replace" bunnies if they get sick or die once out of our care. 

​

5. Our bunnies are sold as loving pets, not as SOP bunnies. 

​

6. We do offer sales to rabbitry's. However, the breeder must be reputable and very educated. They should be prepared to answer any questions we may have about their breeding organization. 

​

7. The prices of our bunnies can vary between litters. These prices are non-negotiable.

​

8. With the purchase of a bunny, we provide the new owners with a small bag of their current food in order to properly ween them off. They do not come with any cages, carriers or any other living necessities.

​

9. Our bunnies may not leave our care before the age of 8 weeks old. Sadly, we do not offer early pickups. No exceptions can be made for this. 

​

10. We offer pick up times at our location. However if needed, we can travel to meet someone. This involves added fees to cover gas and travel expenses. 

​

(Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, policy #10 may not be applicable for all buyers)
